Donation Refunds
Uttishtha Seva Sansthanam is deeply grateful for your support. Since donations are generally allocated promptly to ongoing charitable programs such as education support, food assistance, and healthcare initiatives, we do not usually offer refunds once a donation has been processed successfully.

Accidental or Error Transactions
If a donation was made accidentally or an incorrect amount was charged due to a technical issue, we will review the matter in good faith. Please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction and share the receipt, payment details, and a short description of the problem.

Refund Processing
If a refund is approved for an erroneous transaction, it will be processed back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the credited amount may take approximately 10 to 15 business days to reflect.

Tax Exemption Receipts
Once a tax exemption receipt or similar donation acknowledgment has been issued, the donation may no longer be refundable, as this can involve compliance obligations and financial record requirements.
If you believe a receipt has been issued for a transaction made in error, contact us immediately so we can review the matter before further processing steps are completed.
